Increased reservation for PwDs in government jobs from 3% to 4%. Introduced out-of-turn job allocation in government services specifically for paraathletes, resulting in a significantly higher number of PwDs benefiting from government employment opportunities.

Financial Security

Advocated for annual increments in disability pensions to ensure financial security. Strengthened financial security for 10,000+ pension beneficiaries.

Education & Sports

Proposed the establishment of India's first dedicated university for PwDs. Advocated for a sports academy with financial aid for Para-players.

Political Inclusion

Ensured 4% political reservation for PwDs at the local government level. Successfully implemented direct nomination of PwDs in local governance through a structured panel-based selection process.

These policy reforms have significantly improved the inclusion, mobility, and economic security of persons with disabilities.
